Artists, Musicians and Writers Residency Summer 2024

Call for Candidates

Les Ateliers D'Artistes de Sacy is presently inviting submissions from artists, writers and musicians wishing to spend two weeks together at Château de Sacy from September 14-29 2024 to develop, complete and exhibit new work. The exhibition will take place in the second week - so advance preparations are recommended - and an event involving the local population will be part of it.

• Visual art must be site-specific and transcend language barriers.

• Music must be performed at the chateau and recorded for playing during the exhibition.

• Writing must relate to the setting, and be read/performed, in part at least, at the opening.

We offer free accommodation and workspace, a grant of €800 (to cover artists' fee, expenses and materials), along with an exhibition at the end of the season.

Closing date: June 1st 2024. Decisions announced end of June.
