German puppeteer, performer and children's theatre-maker Anna was bursting with ideas inspired by the chateau, and soon focussed on the twelve traditional 'bergères de volet' - shutter shepherdesses - on the house facade. The results were a dozen highly detailed, spellbinding and sadly ephemeral 'Shutter Spirits' made entirely from garden finds. Magnify away!
